First Moon Circles
A 3-Hour Soul Circle for tween daughters and their mothers.
A sacred rite of passage for girls going through menarche. A practical and educational course that spiritually honours and empowers this transitional phase from girl to woman.
For you and your daughter if:
- You desire a better bond and connection with your daughter going through menarche. Usually aged between 9-13 (tween girls)
- Your daughter is shy and withdrawn about her body changes
- You would like to be held and supported in sacred space together with your girl to open up the channels of communication and hear her needs and share your wisdom
- You would like to create a once in a lifetime sacred experience to remember which marks this very special time coming into womanhood
A value packed once in a lifetime event. The girls are given a self love pack including samples of natural organic period products, a moon journal, a self love essential oil roller as well as a beautifully illustrated and bound First Moon Circle book to keep including a cycle tracker. There is a bead-making ceremony with a moon tracker bracelet to keep and all graduating girls get a long stem rose
