The Teen Empowerment Project is a course made available in your teen’s school environment.
We focus to empower our teens in the areas of:
Wellbeing + Yoga + Positive Mindset + Meditation
Using yogic science, through the program we will process emotions and thoughts using the ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation. It will lead to a deeper understanding of their unique strengths and abilities.
The program is provided within a safe and supportive space, allowing them to take full advantage of all aspects of the course.

This is a 5-week course that covers essential 21st century life skills for high school students.
This course is built to prepare them for when leaving school, and entering their next phase of their lives, whether it’s moving onto university or into the workforce.
This course can be either online or in person and covers the following and more:
- Creative thinking and positive solutions
- Expressing their ideas and allowing them to flourish
- Discovering their passion and their purpose through regular meditation
